Beyond the scientific content produced in the framework of the EGC conference, EGC is also a scientific community composed of people who are part of a social environment crossed by different societal issues, that challenge as citizens. Starting from this reality, as well as from the challenge of "20 years of history for which future?", it seemed appropriate to focus on how EGC could address some of these issues. We focus our analysis on three issues: the relationship to work, gender equality and ecology, inviting us to a broader reflection on our professional postures.
