Tableaux de bord interactifs pour l'analyse de l'attrition à partir des motifs affectant la survie
Abstract
Employee retention is a major challenge for companies. Our work has enabled us to develop
a method for identifying and extracting from the frequent patterns coming from employees'
trajectories those that improve their retention. This publication shows how we have
visually valorized our results. These are presented in the form of interactive dashboards, with
the aim of being exploited by the company's HR managers. They offer a global visualization
of attrition, an identification of employees at risk of resigning, and a simulation of the impact
of an intervention.
